If, upon receiving your order, the taxes vary significantly from those calculated by THYLO, we will cover the difference to your payment method within 3 business days.

Please note: All shipping companies send you an email informing you of import taxes before delivering your order. You must attach this email to our support email () so we can provide you with accurate tracking information. If you do not attach the email provided by the shipping company, THYLO is not responsible for the full amount you may be charged.
